THE WORK
Administers and implements environmental programs in accordance with governmental and Company requirements. Monitors and performs pollution prevention activities, compliance and auditing efforts. Consulting with senior ESH professionals, conducts studies and prepares environmental impact reports for new construction projects, plant processes, Company reporting, and permit changes. Reviews and analyzes environmental documentation issued by the federal EPA, state and local regulatory agencies. Determines impact on company operations and publishes compliance strategies and requirements. Evaluates proposed regulations to determine company and environmental impact. Interacts with federal, state, and local regulators to perform site audits and resolve compliance issues; establishes permit requirements and assists in EPA, state and local regulatory audits. Interacts with multiple levels of Company personnel when performing their duties. May represent the company in government and industry rule-making activities.

Basic Qualifications:
Previous demonstrated experience with environmental regulations is required in the areas of hazardous waste management, storm water management, industrial health, and air regulations. A post secondary degree or training in a related discipline is preferred.
Desired Skills:
Microsoft Office, Enablon software, materials tracking software, preparation of hazardous waste manifests and labeling and marking, field sampling for environmental and industrial health, successfully operating with a represented labor force, and experience with aircraft manufacturing and/or aircraft flight operations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
