Wellington International is seeking a Dressage Operations and Marketing Manager to join their growing team of dynamic individuals. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have the ability to liaise across the operations and marketing teams. This position will work closely with the FEI Event Director at the Global Dressage Festival and the Director of Marketing for Wellington International.

Wellington International, formerly known as Palm Beach International Equestrian Center was founded in 2006 and has contributed to transforming Wellington, Florida, into the world’s premiere destination for equestrian enthusiasts. Wellington International is an amusement and recreational establishment doing business through several companies. Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lead and manage employee productivity, provide constructive feedback, train employees, Evaluate employee performance regularly, Foster an environment centered around teamwork and growth.
- Manage the weekly accreditations of riders et al for the CDI competition.
- Organize all awards during the CDI competition.
- Liaise with the sponsors of the classes.
- Prepare the timeline for Friday Night Lights (FNL) during each CDI.
- Manage Friday Night Stars together with the FEI Event Director.
- Support of all the side events during the AGDF season.
- Working closely with the FEI Event Director on all sport related matters.
- Tracking marketing deadlines and submitting materials.
- Creative direction for marketing & advertising content.
- Writing & proofreading articles for outside publications, marketing materials, social media, internal communication, digital content and graphic projects.
- Basic understanding of a Dressage show and horse shows in general.
- Working and fitting in a team of horse show professionals.
- Collaborative & team oriented.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Independent & self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
