Wellington International is seeking three (3) Retail Store Associates to work during our Winter Equestrian Festival.

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our retail team. Retail Store Associates will provide outstanding service to guests, assist with merchandise sales, and ensure the shop is always well-stocked and presentable.

Responsibilities Include

  • Greeting guests with a smile and helpful attitude
  • Assisting customers with purchases and product knowledge
  • Helping with inventory and restocking merchandise
  • Maintaining the overall upkeep and appearance of the store
  • Adhering to company rules, dress code, and procedures

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule
  • Availability Wednesday–Sunday, including Friday and/or Saturday nights, through March 2026
