The Sponsorship Intern is responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks associated with the Sponsorship Department.
REPORTS TO: Director of Sponsorship
FLSA-CLASSIFICATION: Hourly Exempt
Essential Job Function
- Assist in the administrative organization of sponsorship proposals and contracts
- Assist with managing deliverables for Winter Equestrian Festival and Global Dressage Festival
- Manage the organization of prizes and promotional materials
- Keep a running inventory banners and other printed materials
- Organize photos of signage/activations for each circuit
- Work closely with the Sponsorship team to liase with other departments ensuring that activations are running smoothly
- Assist with class presentations during events
- Update weekly video and photo shot lists and communicate assets to clients
- Organize daily presentation schedules and communicate presentation opportunities to sponsors when necessary
- Handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Work Schedule is 5 or 6 days a week during the season (including weekends).
- Work Location is on-site.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have good technical skills to include MicroSoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
- Must be eligible to work U.S.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
