Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Setup and maintain ACH payments.
• Process installment loan payoffs.
• Process returned checks on loan payments.
• Process monetary adjustments to loan records.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations for various cost centers.
• Verify signatures on advance checks for home equity and cash value credit lines.
• Disburse monthly statements and earnings to car dealerships for the purchase of indirect auto loans.
• Monitor and research daily reports for BSA compliance.
• Review various Miser reports for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly reports for senior management.
• Assist with special projects when required.
