Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and mail required regulatory disclosures.
Order appraisal and flood certification, and retrieve and review same. - Score application via automated underwriting system and carefully review decision results.
- Communicate with applicant, Home Loan Consultant, and/or Home Loan Assistant to request required documentation.
- Verify accuracy of information upon receipt and edit LOS as needed.
- Review entire file, put in proper order and submit to underwriter.
- Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and ensure contingency and closing dates are met.
- Work with Home Loan Consultant to determine viable solutions to make deals work while balancing high credit quality.
- Update general comments with all activity on the loan.
- Request verifications (VOE, VOD, VOM, etc.), when applicable.
- Responsible for providing customers with periodic status updates regarding their loan application.
