| Classification Minimum Requirements: | Bachelor's degree in appropriate specialization and two years of flow cytometry experience. Knowledge of flow cytometry principles and basic flow cytometry experience is required. |
| Job Description: | The Flow Cytometry Core Laboratory houses a wide range of shared-use instruments, including multiple analyzers and cell sorters, an imaging flow cytometer, a laser dissection microscope, as well as various ancillary equipment. The Flow Cytometry Operator II is responsible for maintaining and operating all instruments to ensure they are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the user community. This role also includes providing user training, advising on assay design and data analysis, enforcing adherence to standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting equipment issues or coordinating with technical support as needed.
