We are seeking "highly skilled and dedicated firefighters and paramedics whose culture is one of service to the community first."

You will be a founding member of our department, setting the standard of excellence in both fire suppression and emergency medical services for all who follow. We are looking for professionals who are excited to create, mentor, and build a department that the "community loves" and our "team members love."

WHO YOU ARE: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

•A Clinical Expert: You are a front-line paramedic, passionate about providing "leading-edge, new, and innovative emergency medical services." You are excited to be part of a team delivering "neuroprotective CPR, ultrasound technology, the delivery of whole blood, and rapid stroke, trauma, cardiac, and sepsis care."

•An All-Hazards Professional: You are a multi-role expert, seamlessly providing "exceptional fire, EMS, technical rescue, hazardous material response, marine/water rescue, and SWAT medic services." You are a skilled firefighter who "responds to fire alarms," "locates and rescues victims," and "performs forcible entry, ventilation, and searches" with precision.

•A Builder with Integrity: You possess the "integrity" and "initiative" this "blank slate" opportunity demands. You take pride in "maintaining fire-rescue equipment, apparatus, and facilities" and are committed to building our new department's processes from day one.

•A Community Partner: You are a dedicated public servant who "conducts public education programs," engages in "community risk reduction services," and understands the vital role our department plays in the health and safety of Jupiter's residents.
