Job Summary:

The Manager - Carpenter and Paint Shop position requires a candidate with extensive knowledge and experience in carpentry and painting. The role involves leading a department of employees, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the carpentry and paint shops.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist in maintenance operations for both exterior and interior facilities, ensuring the property is maintained in optimal condition.
• Oversee the carpenter shop, managing the workflow and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage the paint shop staff, overseeing daily operations and scheduling work to minimize disruption to guests and employees.
• Plan, implement, and administer an effective maintenance program following best engineering practices.
• Provide leadership to ensure team members present themselves professionally and maintain positive interactions with hotel guests and employees.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in carpentry and painting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize and plan department activities.
