Job Summary:

The Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of leased apartments, common areas, and residents' spaces within Breakers Row One. This role involves cleaning various surfaces, including windows, floors, and mirrors, as well as moving furniture and handling recycling and trash removal tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move furniture and supplies.
• Good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in cleaning duties.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
