Job Summary:

The Technician II at Via Flagler will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including removing trash, keeping the parking garage clean, and ensuring the cleanliness of walkways and grounds. Effective communication with direct managers, tenants, and external vendors is essential. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and light carpentry is required, with familiarity in handling fountains and pumps considered a plus. The candidate must also meet the qualifications to operate company vehicles and adhere to the work schedule.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in general maintenance or related field.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and light carpentry.
• Familiarity with fountains and pumps is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, tenants, and vendors.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company qualifications for operating vehicles.
