**Job Summary:**

The Technician II - Front of House role requires an experienced individual to handle routine guest calls following established standards and maintain a daily work log. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of repairs and maintenance, including plumbing systems, electrical systems, basic HVAC systems and controls, and door and window hardware. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
