Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the director and team in all day-to-day administrative tasks related to Golf and Grounds. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, as well as excellent organizational skills. While multilingual skills are preferred, they are not mandatory for this role. The Administrative Assistant will need to be outgoing, positive, and capable of interacting regularly with team members. Proficiency in Excel, document creation, event coordination, and efficient typing are essential for this position.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a golf or grounds setting is advantageous
  • Multilingual skills are preferred but not required


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the director and team in the Golf and Grounds department
  • Communicate effectively with team members, external stakeholders, and vendors
  • Create and maintain documents such as reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Coordinate team members for department-related events and initiatives
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
  • Ensure efficient data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned
