Taft is seeking a team-oriented litigation associate to join its construction practice in our West Palm Beach office.

Taft is seeking an Associate with at least three or more years of litigation experience, including: representing clients in complex litigation, claims counseling, and contract and business disputes. Construction litigation experience is not required but preferred.

​The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
