We are growing and seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to lead sophisticated commercial projects.

The Role

This is a senior, production-focused leadership role.

You will take ownership of projects from Concept through Construction Administration, with strong emphasis on:

1. Advanced Revit production
2. Full Construction Document development
3. Consultant coordination
4. Code compliance and constructability
5. Client and contractor interface

This role requires independent judgment and technical confidence.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
2. 7–10+ years of commercial architectural experience
3. Advanced daily-use proficiency in Autodesk Revit
4. Experience producing full Construction Document sets
5. Commercial project experience (multifamily, hospitality, clubs, mixed-use)
6. Strong understanding of Florida Building Code
7. Construction Administration experience

Licensed architect preferred.
