The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years serving as a project manager leading civic, educational, and/or commercial projects. This position is responsible for managing the development of construction documents, project schedules, and budgets across multiple projects and phases – from design through documentation and contract administration.Qualifications & Attributes:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (required). NCARB certification, state architectural license, or eligibility for licensure preferred.- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and self-motivated work style with demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.- Enthusiastic about mentoring and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced, and positive office culture.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and consultants.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (required).Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
