The Lifestyle Director is the central connector between hospitality, marketing and community across the best-in-class, lifestyle-driven Related Ross office and residential portfolios. Through Related Ross’s proprietary experience platform, Related Life, this role curates exceptional daily experiences for residents, tenants, and executives, weaving together hospitality, partnerships, and programming that foster meaningful engagement. By blending the tailored delivery of luxury hospitality with the insight of brand and experience strategy, the Lifestyle Director ensures that every individual — from new resident to executive — feels deeply connected to both the property and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality & Tenant Experience
- Serve as each building’s lifestyle ambassador, embodying a refined service culture that mirrors five-star hospitality.
- Build lasting relationships with residents, tenants, and their teams to understand their unique organizational cultures and individual needs.
- Fulfill daily concierge requests and provide bespoke recommendations for dining, cultural events, local experiences, and personal or business services.
- Maintain a consistent presence throughout residential and office common areas to foster engagement and approachability.
- Ensure the Related Life platform is leveraged to connect people with amenities, services, and curated experiences.
Executive Lifestyle Program
- Work with the Program Director to design and oversee a tailored executive experience program offering exclusive access, amenities, and privileges.
- Curate partnerships with luxury brands, private clubs, wellness providers, and premium travel service providers.
- Coordinate executive events such as invitation-only dinners, private behind-the-scenes tours, leadership wellness sessions, and private cultural experiences.
- Navigate executive-use amenities (lounges, boardrooms, valet, or wellness suites) to ensure discreet, seamless service.
- Handle all executive interactions with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Onboarding & Relocation Support
- Partner with acquisition marketing, leasing, and tenant experience teams to create a cohesive onboarding experience for new residents and tenants.
- Welcome new companies and key decision-makers, providing a personalized introduction to the property’s amenities, services, and community.
- Provide 360° lifestyle support, including:
- Housing introductions and neighborhood guidance
- School and activity referrals for children
- Local dining, fitness, and service recommendations
- Community and cultural integration resources
- Develop curated welcome kits and “settling-in” programs that reflect the property’s luxury positioning.
Partnership & Vendor Management
- Build, own, and manage relationships with key partners and preferred vendors, including hospitality providers, wellness brands, and community organizations.
- Negotiate partnerships that deliver exclusive benefits and elevate the resident and tenant experience, collaborating with the Retail and Sponsorship teams as needed.
- Oversee partnership activation, ensuring that all collaborations align with the Related Life brand’s premium positioning and standards of excellence.
Amenity & Environment Activation
- Collaborate with building operations teams to monitor the service quality of building amenities such as lounges, conference centers, rooftops, and wellness spaces.
- Partner with the Customer Experience team to ensure every touchpoint — from lighting to service style — reflects the sophistication and comfort of a high-end hospitality brand.
- Continuously analyze usage and feedback to evolve amenity and service offerings.
CRM Ownership & Data-Driven Insights
- Own and oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of concierge request fulfillment, engagement, participation, and partnership value across both office and residential environments.
- Use data to inform programming, refine offerings, and demonstrate the measurable impact of lifestyle initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize CRM functionality for community management, communications, and reporting.
Programming & Events
- In conjunction with the Program Director, plan and execute a dynamic annual calendar of lifestyle programming - wellness, networking, cultural, sports-oriented, and philanthropic events - across both portfolios.
- Integrate executive-level events strategically within the overall calendar to maintain exclusivity and impact.
- Enlist preferred vendors and collaborate with premium local and national partners to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned experiences.
- Promote participation through digital platforms, social media, and on-site activations that bring the Related Life brand to life.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track engagement and satisfaction across programs, events, and concierge services within the CRM.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on program performance, retention impact, and ROI.
- Leverage data insights to continuously evolve the experience strategy and reinforce Related Ross’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, private membership, or tenant experience.
- Proven ability to work with C-suite executives and manage confidential, high-touch requests.
- Experience collaborating across marketing, leasing, and property teams to align strategy and service delivery.
- Deep local knowledge of premium services, restaurants, wellness, and cultural offerings.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and service intuition.
- Professional polish and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Proficiency with tenant experience platforms, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools.
