Responsibilities

Related Ross is seeking a Marketing Director to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida, focused on office tenant acquisition marketing. This role will oversee the marketing platform that supports the leasing efforts of Related Ross’s portfolio of stabilized and in-development office properties — currently totaling nine assets and growing.

The Marketing Director will lead strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads, strengthen tenant relationships, and enhance the brand identity of both individual buildings and the overarching West Palm Beach Office Collection. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating leasing materials and presentations, and supporting programs designed to encourage tenant satisfaction and renewal.

This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns that reflect Related Ross’s leadership in shaping West Palm Beach’s office landscape. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Related Ross.

Acquisition Marketing:
Lead marketing strategy for Related Ross’s portfolio of stabilized and in-development office properties, with a focus on lead generation, tenant acquisition, and brand building for both individual assets and the overarching West Palm Beach Office Collection. Support leasing efforts through integrated marketing plans and campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with heavy emphasis on digital tools, as well as targeted media, and experiential activations — to support leasing goals. Manage creative and media agencies, budgets, and timelines to deliver effective, on-brand results.

Brand Management:
Oversee the brand identity and positioning of each office property, ensuring cohesive, high-quality representation across signage, collateral, presentations, and digital platforms. Maintain consistent alignment with the Related Ross brand and the company’s reputation for excellence.

CRM & Analytics:
Manage and enhance the CRM system to capture, track, and analyze leads and campaign performance. Develop insights and reporting that inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Tenant Experience & Community Collaboration:
Collaborate with the Related Life experiential program director, CityPlace marketing director, and Related Ross’s director of sponsorship on community partnerships and activations that enhance the tenant experience. Support initiatives such as events, signage, loyalty programs, and app-based engagement that foster satisfaction and strengthen neighborhood connections.

Communications & Public Relations:
Partner with the Vice President of Communications on all PR, media, and social initiatives to elevate visibility and reputation. Support press pitches, conferences, property tours, press release creation and distribution, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and both B2B and B2C social campaigns that showcase Related Ross’s leadership in the office market.

Leasing & Marketing Materials:
Develop and maintain leasing materials — including presentations, fact sheets, digital assets, and property websites — ensuring all collateral is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.

Market Intelligence:
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights on tenant needs, workplace trends, and competitive positioning to guide marketing strategy and product development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to commercial real estate, office leasing, or B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing programs from concept to completion that drive measurable results
  • Experience with agency management and budget oversight
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask across complex initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and engaging executive leadership
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Asana, and CRM systems
