Related Ross is seeking a Marketing Director to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida, focused on leading the marketing and branding of luxury residential developments, primarily for-sale condominium properties. This role will oversee strategic and creative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance across the residential portfolio.
The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with Related Ross’s residential sales and marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, define brand positioning, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. The role will also partner with the Related Life program director and the customer experience director to ensure a cohesive, high-impact brand experience for residents, prospects, and key influencers. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Related Ross.
Residential Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for luxury condominium developments, ensuring alignment with project vision, market trends, and business goals.
Campaign Development:
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns — including digital, print, experiential, and social — to generate qualified leads and support sales objectives. Oversee agency partners, budgets, and timelines to deliver high-quality, on-brand results.
Brand Positioning & Storytelling:
Shape and guide the brand identity for each residential property, including visual design, messaging, collateral, signage, and digital presence, to ensure a cohesive and aspirational presentation across all touchpoints.
Sales Collaboration:
Partner with residential sales teams to create lead-generation tools, presentation materials, and on-site experiences that elevate the buyer journey from awareness through closing.
Customer Experience & Community Integration:
Collaborate with the Related Life experiential program director, CityPlace marketing director, and Related Ross’s director of sponsorship to activate community partnerships and lifestyle programming that enrich the resident experience. Support initiatives such as events, loyalty programs, neighborhood signage, and app-based engagement to strengthen brand connection and community presence across West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County.
Digital & CRM Management:
Manage and optimize CRM systems and analytics to track leads, monitor campaign performance, and measure ROI. Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve conversion and marketing effectiveness.
Communications, PR & Social Media:
Work closely with the Vice President of Communications on PR, media, and social strategies to enhance visibility and drive earned media opportunities. Support press pitches, events, sponsorships, and digital storytelling that elevate the Related Ross residential brand.
Market Intelligence:
Serve as the voice of the customer, bringing insights about buyer preferences, amenities, and lifestyle trends to inform product positioning, design, and marketing decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing programs from concept to completion that drive measurable results
- Experience with agency management and budget oversight
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask across complex initiatives
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Experience working cross-functionally and engaging executive leadership
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Asana, and CRM systems
