Responsibilities

Related Ross is seeking a marketing director to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida to work on office tenant acquisition and condominium property marketing. The role of the marketing director is two-fold: for office, this position will own the office tenant acquisition marketing platform, supporting the leasing efforts of Related Ross’s portfolio of stabilized and in development office properties (currently totaling 9 properties with more to follow). For residential, the role focuses on the marketing of one or more luxury condominium properties, supporting sales efforts and brand building. The detailed scope of the role includes:

  • For office – supporting all acquisition efforts by creating marketing materials and campaigns to support leasing efforts and participating in the creation of programs designed to encourage satisfaction and renewal among current office tenants. This position is also responsible for managing the individual office building brands as well as the overarching West Palm Beach Office Collection brand.
  • For residential – this role will take on overseeing for-sale marketing and branding efforts, working in close collaboration with Related Ross’s residential sales and marketing team.

This role will also interact closely with the program director for the Related Life experiential program and Related Ross’s customer experience director to ensure we are delivering an unparalleled experience for our tenants, prospects and influencers .

This position reports to Related Ross’s senior vice president of marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategy for all acquisition marketing efforts for all office properties with emphasis on lead generation, lead nurturing and brand building for the Related Ross office collection
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with heavy emphasis on digital marketing tools; manage print and digital marketing agencies, budgets and timelines for each campaign
  • Manage and optimize the CRM environment for lead generation and optimization, workflow development and analytics and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with Related Life program team and the customer experience team on office tenant satisfaction and retention strategies including generating and analyzing survey feedback and developing experience improvement initiatives
  • Oversee the individual brands of each office building including brand strategy, positioning, identity, materials, signage and experience
  • Responsible for all daily marketing needs for all office and for select residential developments including One Flagler, 10 CityPlace and 15 CityPlace, CityPlace Tower, 360 Rosemary, Phillips Point, Esperante and 477 Rosemary, as well as new development office assets and South Flagler House
  • Maintain and update tenant presentations, fact sheets, collateral and websites for each property to be used for pitches, press, tours and campaign lead gen; responsible for creating and updating the office collection pitch presentation, as well as collateral materials for the Related Ross Office Collection and the appropriate sections of the Related Ross corporate website
  • Work alongside the Related Life program director, director of marketing for CityPlace and Related Ross’s director of sponsorship and on neighborhood and community collaborations, including programming and events, signage, loyalty programs for residents and office tenants and office and residential app content and functionality
  • Work in collaboration with the vice president of communications on all PR and comms efforts and messaging including press pitches, conferences and tours, press release creation and distribution and event speaking engagements and sponsorships, as well as relevant B to B and B to C social efforts
  • Serve as the voice of the customer with respect to the product including building design, amenities, benefits, programming etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or above
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing or a related field; with some business to business marketing preferred
  • Experience with concepting and executing all aspects of marketing programs from start to finish including agency oversight and budget and timeline management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications; well-developed presentation skills
  • Self-starter – proactive, resourceful and flexible
  • Strategic thinker with solutions-orientation and strong desire to contribute to innovation within the organization
  • Superior organizational skills and confirmed multi-tasker
  • Excellent software skills – e.g. Microsoft office, Canva, Asana, CRM
  • Skilled collaborator who works effectively across multiple departments and external parties
  • Experience engaging executive leadership
  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment within a high performance group with high expectations and tight deadlines
  • Real estate, hospitality, architecture and/or lifestyle marketing experience a plus
