Responsibilities1. Assist team with preparation of drawings through SD, DD, and CD.2. Measuring and documenting existing buildings (As-builts).3. Maintain and coordinate architectural drawings with consultants from other disciplines.4. Research and ensure compliance of design with Florida Building Code and other codes.Qualifications & Education1. Bachelor’s or higher in Architecture from a NCARB accredited university.2. 1-3 years work experience.3. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.4. Hand sketching of ideas and concepts5. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.Software Knowledge1. 3D Software: REVIT Preferred.2. 2D Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Adobe).3. Bluebeam – optional.4.
