What You Will Do

  • Attend to engine testing activities in the test cell, including pre-test setup & execution.
  • Verify test procedures comply with OEM specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist to identify and troubleshoot performance deviations and work with Performance engineer to resolve root causes.
  • Support test correlation, verification, and validation activities with OEMs and internal engineering teams.
  • Assist Performance engineers in incident investigations, non-conformance reporting, and corrective actions related to test cell activities.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors on equipment upgrade and modification, when necessary.
  • Adhere to and promote EH&S (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines in all test operations.
  • Perform any related duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.
  • Able to interpret and draft technical reports.
  • Effective communicator with strong technical writing and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Aero engine testing experience
  • Familiar with Engine MRO repair processes.
  • Possess a good track record in continuous improvement project.
