What You Will Do

  • Lead and mentor the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional customer service and strengthen the Pratt & Whitney brand.
  • Develop and implement customer support strategies, policies and processes to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Define engine shop visit metrics, guide the customer support team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve customer and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including coordinating and hosting senior executive customer visits.
  • Partner with internal Program, Sales and cross-functional teams to grow market share and deliver company C.O.R.E. standards while fostering a high-performance and engaged team culture.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing and quotation management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills within a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Strong customer focus with strategic, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience is an advantage) and willingness to travel at short notice.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Technical background in aircraft engines or aerospace engineering.
  • QA certification or familiarity with aerospace quality standards.
  • Experience developing customer-centric solutions and managing key customer relationships.
  • Strong networking skills with an established reputation within the aerospace industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive team engagement, collaboration and operational excellence.
