The LTAMDS (Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense Sensor) program is a cornerstone of the Integrated Air & Missile Defense mission area and is currently expanding in both Development and International pursuits. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Manager (M5) to lead all business management activities across the LTAMDS Production, Development and Sustainment portfolios, including the emerging International pipeline.

This leader will be responsible for shaping the business strategy, driving financial and execution excellence, and serving as a key advisor to Program Leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in EVMS, program controls, competitive captures, international contracting, and cross-functional leadership in a dynamic, development-focused environment.

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity and is based on the needs of the business. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a high-performing team of business managers, and analysts, supporting LTAMDS Production, Sustainment and Development

  • Serve as the primary business partner to the LTAMDS Program Director, Chief Engineer, and IPT Leads

  • Own all financial planning, baseline management, and performance reporting across the program, ensuring compliance with EVMS guidelines and company policy

  • Develop and maintain program financial strategies, EACs, funding profiles, staffing strategies, monthly schedule/cadence and long-range plans

  • Oversee proposal development, BOE strategy, pricing, and risk & opportunity management for both domestic and international captures

  • Lead business integration for all international pursuits, including alignment with Global Contracts, Global Trade, and Corporate International teams

  • Support contract negotiations, financial terms shaping, and international offset considerations as applicable

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and executable financial and programmatic data to senior leadership, including monthly program reviews, customer reporting, and internal governance reviews

  • Drive process improvement, workforce development, and standardization across the LTAMDS business team

  • Represent the LTAMDS business organization in cross-program and cross-mission area councils and working groups

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field & a minimum of 10 years applicable experience; OR an Advanced degree with 7 years applicable experience

  • Experience with EVMS, baseline planning and/or IMS integration

  • Experience partnering/communicating complex financial information succinctly to executive levels

  • Experience with Raytheon financial systems (i.e. IPDS, APEX, Prism and/or PMX)

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Experience with international programs, FMS/Direct Commercial Sales, and global trade considerations

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
