What You Will Do
The Associate Director, GTF MRO Network Repair Ramp Readiness is a critical leader responsible for driving the execution of the global GTF MRO industrial strategy across DSP (component repair) operations. The role leads capacity ramp modeling, network ramp performance visibility, readiness planning, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure the GTF MRO network can meet repair demand and support the continued fleet growth.
Operating in a highly matrixed environment, the Associate Director partners closely with Commercial Aftermarket, Commercial Engine Operations, Programs, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and internal and partner repair shops. The role develops integrated capacity models, leads ramp performance governance routines, and drives coordinated actions across sites and to ensure stable output, readiness and long-range network health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, refinement, alignment, and execution of integrated DSP capacity ramp models, readiness assessments, and throughput projections used across planning cycles.
- Drive cross‑functional engagement to validate assumptions, identify risks, and ensure consistency across Commercial Operations, Programs, Supply Chain, and shop operations.
- Lead network product introduction performance visibility and governance, including creation of dashboards, key performance indicators, and senior leadership reporting.
- Identify network‑level constraints and lead coordination of recovery actions across internal and partner MRO shops.
- Conduct scenario modeling to inform industrial ramp strategies, shop visit planning, mitigation actions, and routing decisions.
- Support load balancing decisions through detailed analysis of shop capacity ramp, turnaround performance, and WIP health.
- Develop and present strategic insights, recommendations, and action plans to the senior Operations leadership.
- Contribute to long‑range industrial planning, including capability growth, capital planning inputs, and future network configuration.
- Partner with shop leadership to ensure alignment to network expectations, performance targets, and improvement commitments.
- Provide current status and mitigation opportunities on repair readiness to materials value stream to support comprehensive material strategies
Qualifications You Must Have
- Advanced Degree and 10+ years of experience in MRO operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, aftermarket, operational planning or general aerospace industry experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of relevant industry experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or related field.
- Experience with engine MRO operations, component repair, or engine overhaul processes.
- Knowledge of GTF fleet dynamics, reliability trends, and aftermarket support requirements.
- Experience leading cross‑functional performance or readiness governance.
- Familiarity with industrial readiness, capital planning, or long‑range operational strategy.
- Advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in capacity modeling, throughput analysis, and operational performance management.
- Proven ability to lead in a complex, matrixed environment with broad range of cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize large data sets to provide clear, actionable recommendations.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
