What You Will Do

The Senior Environmental Analyst will act as a partner in EH&S by formulating and administering EH&S plans and procedures including EH&S Program Management. Primary responsibilities, with oversight, will include:

• Support the implementation of environmental compliance protocols, such as data reporting requirements/methodology to encourage consistent and compliant behavior for site.

• Working closely with internal resources, consultants and regulatory services to review and interpret EH&S regulations.

• Collaborating with site professionals to address environmental compliance issues.

• Conducting training/educational programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

• Support the sites water compliance program and related projects, as assigned.

• Conduct onsite wastewater sampling as required by permit or other environmental regulation.

• Performing tasks associated with sites environmental compliance as a member of the Site EH&S team.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external waste regulations, including permitting, reporting, and internal documentation.

• Support EH&S Compliance Assurance audits by RTX, Pratt & Whitney, or regulatory agencies for assigned programs.

• Conducting Environment Health and Safety inspections and analyzing audit findings to develop corrective actions and achieve and maintain safe work practices.

• Investigating environmental events to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.

• Support the implementation of strategic EH&S initiatives and coordinates/drives the necessary tactical resources/elements to achieve and maintain successful implementation.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, reports, and corrective actions.

• Assist corporate, third-party audits, inspections, and regulatory inspections.

• Provide technical direction to line management including council subcommittee teams for effective execution of goals and objectives.

• Provide oversite and direction to the sites Management of Change program.

• Travel is up to 10%.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or other Sciences with 2 years of experience or in lieu of degree 6 years of experience.

• Regulatory Water program experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experiencing leading sustainability initiatives within industrial environment

• Wastewater/Stormwater program and/or tank management preferred

• Hands on experience and dynamic problem solver with the ability to craft solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideas.

• Written and verbal skills with ability communicate in a straightforward manner. Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
