About this role
Under general supervision, responsible for assisting with access management of the enterprise resource planning system. Contributes to the maintenance of access controls, user management, and project plans. Applies security measures to support adherence of compliance and regulatory requirements.What a day of an Enterprise Security Representative looks like:
Maintains user security access for various segments of the enterprise resource planning system.
Applies appropriate security measures for physical access to hardware devices and access to data and programs.
Coordinates the implementation of access to interactive objects.
Assists with the creation of project plans, analysis, and software recommendations.
Prepares required reports for various internal and external requests.
Collaborates among departments, functions or groups, within and outside the College. Communicates information through various methods to appropriate personnel and others.
Responds to complex inquiries from all levels of employees or external sources regarding a variety of questions, such as clarification of College or campus policy and procedures.
Maintains current knowledge of field or profession. Travels to training workshops, conferences, meetings, and professional events outside of college locations, as needed.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or related experience accepted in lieu of degree
Some related experience
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
Skilled in:
Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management
Ability to:
Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Interact in a positive manner with diverse populations and varying education levels of students, faculty, staff, and the public
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing, build relationships and take responsibility for a high level of service
Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

CompTIA Security+
Work Environment and Physical Demand:
Reach and grasp objects
Use of video display terminal

Receive and understand information through oral and written communication
Work a fluctuating work schedule

The minimum base pay for this position starts at $17.95/ hr, however, the offer may vary based on the candidate’s education and experience.
