Program Evaluator

Develops, coordinates, and implements the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of Community Services/Office of Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorders programs, initiatives, and annual Behavioral Health and Substance Use Plan. Oversees technical and administrative work, including researching, writing, and disseminating information for behavioral health and substance use disorders. Acts as the primary point of contact for the preparation of the annual plan, programs, and initiative performance measures and outcome measurements. Serves as support to the Advisory Committee on behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders and participates in the preparation of government reporting requirements and evaluation reports, Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs), and program and initiative renewal processes. Analyzes and monitors varied behavioral health and substance use disorders programs and initiatives. Work is performed under general supervision and is reviewed through conferences, reports, and evaluation of results obtained.
