You bring a strong background in commercial real estate and affordable housing matters, along with the ability to analyze and interpret transactional and corporate documents. You communicate clearly and professionally, take ownership of your work, and approach challenges proactively. You are comfortable learning new systems and concepts, thrive under demanding deadlines, and contribute positively to a team‑oriented environment.
Qualifications :
- At least five years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, with affordable housing experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process‑management skills, with the ability to manage workflow across multiple deals
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university and a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program
