TEAM: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGYPAY TYPE: SALARYJOB OVERVIEW:At NCCI, we're looking for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing people together, solving complex challenges, and delivering results that matter. You'll have the opportunity to lead business and technology initiatives that support the workers' compensation industry.As a Project Manager, you'll partner with our business and IT leaders, guide cross-functional teams, and play a key role in turning ideas into successful outcomes. This position will focus on small to medium-sized projects and departmental business objectives, while maintaining a high and consistent level of quality service, customer support, and satisfaction.This position will work in a flexible-hybrid environment. The selected candidate must be local within commutable distance to our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.NOTE: NCCI will not sponsor applicants for work visas.WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead cross-functional business and technology teams through the full project lifecycle, from concept and planning through execution and closure.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and risks to ensure successful outcomesCollaborate with business leaders and IT managers to secure the right resources and skills for project successCommunicate project progress, key milestones, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders and leadershipDevelop and maintain project documentation including project charters, plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requestsEnsure project deliverables – including requirements, design documentation, testing plans, implementation plans, and communications – are completed with high quality and on scheduleIdentify project dependencies, resource conflicts, and opportunities for efficiencies across initiativesBuild strong relationships across the organization and help teams navigate challenges to keep projects moving forward WHAT IT TAKES: Bachelor's Degree, or additional related work experience5+ years of project-related experience, including 3+ years leading projectsDemonstrated project management expertiseStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience managing project budgets, timelines, and resourcesProven negotiation and conflict resolution skillsProficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Knowledge of the workers' compensation industry WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE: Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salaryAnnual performance bonus opportunityComprehensive benefits package and total rewards program Culture & Environment Flexible hybrid work environmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureRecognition of individual contributions and shared successesOpportunities for professional growth and development Boca Raton Headquarters Perks On-site café and coffee shopFitness centerGame roomEmployee events and activitiesCompany sports leagues
