Client Service Analyst -Workers Compensation

Work arrangement: Hybrid – This primarily work-from-home role includes an outstanding opportunity for defined in-person collaboration time and work-from-home flexibility.
Pay: $51,000 base, non-exempt, plus a 7% performance bonus
Schedule: Hours of operation: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (shifts are varied including late shifts)

As a Client Service Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping insurance carriers, agents, and policyholders understand complex rules, data, and rating information.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Use the knowledge from your new hire training to respond to client questions regarding workers’ compensation rules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests.
- Participate in process improvements and assist with training initiatives.
WHAT IS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing, analytical role (relevant internship, job experience, or pertinent education may be considered).
- Outstanding communication, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
WHAT IS PREFERRED:
- 3+ years in an analytical, client service position in industries such as insurance, finance, banking, or industries with transferable skills.
- General understanding of workers’ compensation insurance or insurance industry experience
- Industry course work or designations such as AIS, AU, CPCU
