Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero, P.A., a multi-service law firm founded in 1960, is seeking an experienced Paralegal for our Palm Beach Gardens office. This role will primarily support our commercial litigation practice, with secondary support for marital & family law matters.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (commercial litigation strongly preferred)
• Family law experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of Florida court rules and e-filing procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Some details about what you will do:

• You will support multiple attorneys who work in marital & family law and litigation on domestic disputes, complex business, real property, and probate matters.
• You will be able to work independently, handle various tasks from case inception through trial and post-trial procedures, ensuring the attorney has all the necessary materials and support.
• Your responsibilities will include prioritizing, managing and following through on multiple projects while communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, staff and peers with tasks ranging from document drafting to discovery to trial preparation.
• You will be able to demonstrate thorough knowledge of firm and practice-specific processes and procedures.
• You will maintain records regarding billable hours spent on specific matters.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Experience with document management, timekeeping systems, and legal research tools

The work-day and benefits:

This full-time position will be accompanied by a competitive benefits package including healthcare and 401k. The hired candidate will enjoy 16 (combined) vacation/PTO days per year and 10 paid holidays. You will work in-office/onsite at our Palm Beach Gardens location with work hours between 8:30-5:30 or 9-6.
