Job Description Summary:
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end implementations of Scribe product upsells, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery that aligns with client goals and business objectives. The individual in this position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. In addition to leading Scribe upsell projects, this role plays a key part in supporting the Project Manager team during new client onboarding, helping to streamline processes, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure a smooth transition into the platform. This position contributes directly to the overall success of the Client Services - Implementation team by driving operational excellence and client success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Scribe Upsell Implementations (40%): The Project Coordinator ensures timely and high-quality delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with the client.
- Project Setup/Admin (40%): This duty is accomplished by updating, customizing, and administering all aspects of projects within the assigned medical specialty. The coordinator also maintains and monitors multiple simultaneous projects to ensure a smooth transition to the Project Manager.
- Kick-off Call Coordination/Kick-off Call Co-Ownership (10%): Responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule and perform the initial kick-off call.
- Administrative Work/Ad Hoc Requests (5%): The project coordinator provides critical support to the Project Manager team, which involves handling various administrative tasks and ad hoc requests as needed. This duty contributes to the overall operational excellence and client success of the Client Services - Implementation team.
- Processes with RPA Tools (5%): This duty involves leveraging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and applying independent judgment on project deliverables.
Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce high KPI metric results and successful service delivery functions.
- Capability to complete tasks efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Committed to providing high-quality customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Project coordination experience.
- Experienced in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, and similar tools.
