Job Description Summary:
ModMed is seeking a Traffic and Projects Specialist to manage the flow of marketing projects from intake through completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with team priorities. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, balances resources, and maintains clear communication to support efficient execution and continuous improvement.
Your Role:
Project Management & Execution
Own and manage assigned projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project information are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor progress, follow up with teams, and adjust timelines or task sequencing to keep projects on track.
Intake, Prioritization & Resource Management
Oversee project intake, ensuring requests are properly scoped and documented.
Manage the project queue and support prioritization in alignment with business goals.
Assign resources based on team capacity and skill sets, adjusting workloads as needed.
Communication & Risk Management
Serve as the central point of contact for project status, ensuring timely communication of updates, feedback, and approvals.
Identify risks or delays, escalate issues, and recommend solutions to maintain project timelines.
Process Improvement & Project Lifecycle
Ensure adherence to project workflows and maintain accurate tracking systems.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance team productivity.
Project Completion & Team Support
Ensure final deliverables are properly stored and communicated to stakeholders upon completion.
Support onboarding, training, and special projects, including process and system enhancements.
Skills & Requirements:
2 years of traffic coordination experience in a marketing department
or agency.
Superb organizational, recall and time management skills.
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality.
Basic understanding of marketing & advertising activities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve questions.
Proactive thinker and problem-solver.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable multitasking and working in an open team atmosphere.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with project management tools a plus, but not required.
