General Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated students to join our team this fall. The intern will provide support in tracking, organizing, and maintaining aerospace hardware for inventory management.

Essential Job Functions:

• Count, organize, and maintain accurate records of program aerospace hardware.
• Enter and update basic item information in the inventory tracking system (repetitive data entry expected).
• Verify hardware accuracy and report any missing, incorrect, or mismatched items—both in the system and physically.
• Work closely with project teams to track hardware ownership and status.
• Assist with labeling, counting, tagging, and organizing property to ensure proper identification and storage.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a high school diploma
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Office and/or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
