Insite Studio, a landscape architecture and land planning firm based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for a full-time Office Manager / Business Administrator position.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills who can oversee office operations, support project coordination, and assist with financial and administrative tasks. The Office Manager / Business Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of day-to-day office functions, supporting staff and firm principals, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office inventory.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines, and maintaining organized records.
- Support financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and office budget management.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal team members.
- Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with external service providers.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Ensure smooth internal communication and operational workflow.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle financial administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Can reliably commute to the office in Palm Beach Gardens.
Qualifications + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or land planning industry is a plus.
