What you will be doing

Responsibilities·

• Manages clinic team schedules to support provider schedules
• Manages team of Medical Assistants, LPNs, and ATCs in OP clinic, including oversight of daily schedules and staffing
• Monitors clinic efficiency throughout the day and assists as needed to prevent delays
• Completes end of day audits for billed procedures and DME
• At the elbow troubleshooting for clinic operations and EHR documentation
• Service recovery for real-time patient concerns in clinic
• Fills in as clinic staff to cover time off and vacancies for employed physician teams
• Fills in as clinic staff for non-employed physicians with staffing contracts
