Responsibilities·
- Manages clinic team schedules to support provider schedules
- Manages team of Medical Assistants, LPNs, and ATCs in OP clinic, including oversight of daily schedules and staffing
- Monitors clinic efficiency throughout the day and assists as needed to prevent delays
- Completes end of day audits for billed procedures and DME
- At the elbow troubleshooting for clinic operations and EHR documentation
- Service recovery for real-time patient concerns in clinic
- Fills in as clinic staff to cover time off and vacancies for employed physician teams
- Fills in as clinic staff for non-employed physicians with staffing contracts
