We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Commercial Litigation Trial Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Ideal for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and courtroom support. You will manage complex commercial cases from inception through trial, working closely with attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, and trial; Draft and manage pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and trial exhibits; Coordinate and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials; Manage case calendars, deadlines, and document production; Conduct legal research and summarize findings; Assist with trial logistics, including courtroom setup and technology coordination; Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation with trial exposure; Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules (state and federal); Proficiency in legal software; Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills; Ability to work independently and under pressure; Paralegal certification or degree preferred.
