We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Commercial Litigation Trial Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and courtroom support. You will play a critical role in managing complex commercial cases from inception through trial, working closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities- Support attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, and trial.- Draft and manage pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and trial exhibits.- Coordinate and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and document production.- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.- Assist with trial logistics, including courtroom setup and technology coordination.- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising attorney or law firm manager.Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with trial exposure.- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules (state and federal).- Proficiency in legal software.- Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.- Paralegal certification or degree preferred.
