We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in both commercial and residential transactions to join our practice. Responsibilities: Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing; Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents; Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review; Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property development matters; Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions; Represent clients in negotiations and closings. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Florida; 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work; Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices; Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
