We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in both commercial and residential transactions to join our growing practice.Responsibilities- Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing- Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review- Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property development matters- Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions- Represent clients in negotiations and closingsQualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in active bar membership in Florida.- 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
