Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst supports the Company’s asset management, investment transactions, and portfolio management groups and will provide analytical support for existing portfolio assets as well as assist on acquisitions and dispositions.
Essential Functions:
Create, maintain,and update cash flow, valuation, and returns models using Excel and Argus, including equity waterfalls, sensitivity analyses, and promote structures.
Perform portfolio- and property-level analysis of the existing national portfolio, including hold/sell analyses, valuations, and asset-level business plans.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, strategic plans, and annual investment and business plans for portfolio assets.
Originate new and renewal lease analyses for existing properties and assess their impact on asset value, returns, and hold/sell decisions.
Support all aspects of acquisition and disposition execution, including due diligence coordination and related transaction documents in conjunction with counsel, and closing logistics.
Conduct market and submarket research on target investment markets, including supply/demand analysis, leasing and sale comparables, and macro- and micro-economic forecasting.
Support deal sourcing and the screening of new acquisition, recapitalization, and structured-investment opportunities, including preliminary underwriting and pricing.
Produce investment and marketing materials, including pitch decks and presentations for prospective capital partners and the firm’s investors.

None.
Physical Demands:
This is a largely sedentary role that requires walking, talking, hearing, repetitive motion using a keyboard, and visual acuity for reading and viewing a computer monitor.
Travel:
Out-of-state, overnight, and local travel may be necessary for this position.
Education and Experience:
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with an emphasis in real estate, finance, economics, or accounting required.
At least two (2) years of relevant commercial real estate experience required.
Strong preference for experience in office asset class underwriting and valuation.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
High degree of proficiency in Argus, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytic and quantitative abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment.
Exhibit a strong desire to grow and learn the real estate investment business.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range for New York, NY: $110,000 to $120,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus
