Gunster seeks a full-time receptionist in its West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and incoming telephone calls, representing the firm in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner. Responsibilities include greeting guests and notifying attorneys and staff of arrivals, managing conference room and guest office reservations, coordinating catering orders, maintaining a professional reception area, answering and directing calls, and providing general administrative support to the office as needed.
Qualifications include minimum of 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience; law firm experience is a plus. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a professional appearance and demeanor, a commitment to exceptional client service, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
