Key Responsibilities
- Process daily deposits and accurately identify payments to maintain account integrity
- Review and edit pre‑bills for accuracy
- Produce and finalize client invoices
- Field incoming emails and phone calls regarding billing or payment inquiries
- Generate recurring and ad‑hoc billing and finance reports
- Follow established procedures, workflows, and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and ability to learn new software quickly)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting or billing concepts is helpful, but not required
