Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily deposits and accurately identify payments to maintain account integrity
  • Review and edit pre‑bills for accuracy
  • Produce and finalize client invoices
  • Field incoming emails and phone calls regarding billing or payment inquiries
  • Generate recurring and ad‑hoc billing and finance reports
  • Follow established procedures, workflows, and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and ability to learn new software quickly)
