Gunster seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Real Estate Closer and/or Title Agent to join our Premier Title Company team in the Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will act as a closing officer, will take files from contract to post closing, including all facets such as pre closing workup, preparation of documents, communicating with all parties to a transaction, and ensuring an efficient, accurate closing process from contract to completion. Key responsibilities include file setup and management, prepare, review, and organize closing documents, clear title requirements, schedule closings, review lender closing instructions and pre-closing packages for accuracy and post-closing duties such as funding, recording documents, and preparing final title policies. Must be familiar with closing software and accessing governmental and underwriter websites to obtain information. Qualifications include minimum of 5 years of experience in the title industry, preferably at a title company in South Florida.
