Gunster seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Real Estate practice group in our West Palm Beach office. This role involves providing essential administrative and legal support to our real estate attorneys, land use planners, and paralegals, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all real estate transactions, and land development applications submitted to various municipal and county governments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of real estate documentation. Key responsibilities include document management skills including purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, mortgages, and closing statements, assist with processing of commercial and residential real estate transactions, assistance with the preparation of applications and legal notices for public zoning hearings, monitoring deadlines and ensuring all legal procedures and filings are completed accurately and timely, ability to assist attorneys and land use planners with researching property records, zoning regulations. Required qualifications include technical proficiency, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen proofreading abilities. Minimum of three years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant with significant experience in real estate law preferred.
