Guardian Service Industries is seeking an experienced Residential Painter to join our West Palm Beach team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, delivers clean, high-quality work, and maintains professionalism in occupied and unoccupied residential settings.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The hourly range for this role is between $21.00 and $23.00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finish work.
• Repair and prepare surfaces, such as drywall, plaster, and wood, before painting.
• Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, and finishes according to specifications.
• Ensure proper care and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and comply with safety standards.
  

Qualifications:

Fluency in English is required for this position due to regular communication with English-speaking employees, managers, and clients.

• Minimum 2 years of residential painting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
