Join our Immigration department as an Immigration Data Clerk located in our Warsaw Center of Excellence office (remote).
Position Summary:
The Immigration Data Clerk position will partner with immigration attorneys/paralegals to assist with data entry and reporting. Candidate should be fluent in English.
Duties & Responsibilities
Update immigration case management system with immigration status documents, job details, and other client information.
Manages various administrative duties including maintaining INSZoom case management and iManage document management databases
Audit client records and conduct data cleansing.
Generate internal reports, including monthly reports on status document expirations, max-out dates, green card eligibility, and conditional green card expirations.
Complete reporting requests from client and internal team.
Migrate data and documents for new clients to firm systems.
Code immigration templates into case management system.

Qualifications & Prior Experience
Minimum one to two year(s) of experience within a law firm or similar organization.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Experience with data entry and reporting is preferred.
Experience with data management and analysis tools including Excel and Power BI is preferred.
Experience with case management systems such as INSZoom is preferred.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as basic proficiency in data entry and managing electronic files.
