Join our Revenue Management department as a International Revenue Manager located in our Warsaw Center of Excellence office (remote).
Position Summary:
The International Revenue Manager will support international accounting and billing functions with emphasis on quality and efficiency of work product.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages Non-US Office with client billing efficiencies by effectively using Pre-bill Viewer; as well as an emphasis on paper bills for accuracy and supporting of bills
Processes, executes, and handles high volume, complex bills for Non-US Offices
Reviews and verifies accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required
Works on special projects and ad hoc reports for senior management as needed
Researches and responds to accounting and billing questions
Supports international offices with their accounting and billing functions
Manages Revenue Management staff and directs them to provide accurate and timely electronic submissions to third party vendors
Monitors intake and processing of client data being converted to electronic format, as well as working with attorneys and management in facilitating the electronic process
Develops and implements long-term plans and programs, coordinates the efforts of others and applies and adapts practices and techniques to the special requirements of the firm’s environment

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
7 years of accounting experience with 3 years in a supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles; highly effective supervisory, mentoring and people skills
Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
