Join our Revenue Management Team as a Revenue Management Trainer located in one of our offices in the following locations- Philadelphia, Phoenix, Florida, Atlanta, or Texas.

This role will be based in one of the following office locations; Philadelphia, Phoenix, Florida, Atlanta, or Texas on a hybrid basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Management.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Billing/Revenue Management Trainer with a strong background in Aderant software to lead training and development initiatives for our billing/revenue management teams. This hybrid role is responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs focused on optimizing the utilization of Aderant’s suite of features for billing, revenue management, and financial reporting. Travel may be required for new hire training and coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and Delivers Training: Design and facilitate engaging training programs on Aderant billing, revenue management, and financial reporting tools, including Prebill Viewer/Prebill Manager, Ebill Hub, Ebilling, and Excel.

  • Creates Learning Resources: Develop customized learning paths and resources, such as self-paced modules, live webinars, workshops, and thorough documentation.

  • Maintains Training Materials: Ensures all training materials and resources on the intranet are up-to-date, accurate, and relevant.

  • Collaborates: Work closely with Aderant product specialists and other stakeholders to stay informed of new features, updates, and industry trends, integrating this knowledge into training materials and sessions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluates training effectiveness using data, research, feedback, and evolving Aderant functionalities, incorporating adult learning principles and best practices.

  • Supports New Hires: Travels as needed to provide in-person training and support for onboarding new team members and coverage as required.

Education & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 5–10 years of legal billing/revenue management experience, with a strong focus on process management.

  • 5+ years’ experience in training, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.

  • Hands-on expertise with Aderant software is required.

Technology

  • Proficiency in Aderant, Prebill Viewer/Prebill Manager, Ebill Hub, Ebilling, and Excel.

  • Ability to conceptualize and produce high-quality training materials and documentation.

  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
