Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking three Teacher Aides - Boca Raton, FL.
We are seeking dedicated Teacher Aides to support elementary classrooms by assisting teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and student engagement. This role involves working directly with students—individually and in small groups—to reinforce learning, as well as helping with grading, behavior management, and daily school routines. Teacher Aides also assist with arrival and dismissal, supervise students during lunch and recess, and help create a positive, organized learning environment.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Assists elementary teachers with classroom organization, as well as help plan daily educational activities for students. Instructs students under the direction and guidance of the classroom teacher. Responsible for assisting classroom teachers with grading assignments and class participation. Supports the teacher with behavior management and classroom management.
Works one-on-one and in small groups with ESE, ELL, and other assigned students to support content mastery and to reinforce lessons with students. Assists students in completing assignments.
Assists with arrival and dismissal, and supervises students during lunch, recess, and other school activities. Assists with the design and display of student work. Prepares materials and equipment for lessons and activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma and one year of appropriate experience required.Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
