Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking Finance and Accounting Interns - Boca Raton, FL.
Finance and Accounting Interns will support the department in various ways throughout the duration of their internship. This is an exciting opportunity to get real-world experience learning aspects of finance and accounting.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reconciling daily financial documents.
Tracking and confirming items purchased with Campus Rec staff and following up with purchasing.
Reconciling internal tracking spreadsheets to Workday.
Reconciling credit card reconciliations.
Tracking spending as compared to budget.
Reconciling balance sheet accounts as needed.
Organizing files and paperwork as required.
Reviewing forms for correctness and available financial resources.
Entering requisitions into Workday.
Entering journal entries into Workday.
Performing other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a undergraduate degree-seeking student at Florida Atlantic University. Students must have at least a 2.5 GPA, and enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.Salary:
